What do we do? Our experience on structural engineering initially started with working on large commercial projects, we have been involved in the structural design of several high street large retail stores, in large redevelopments with the design of multi-storey reinforced concrete and steel structures.

We are a small team, but we use the latest Finite Element Analysis software for modelling the structures to ensure the most cost effective structure is proposed in our designs.

With the increased value of land and cost of the properties within London and all major UK cities, we have seen a rapidly increase in basement extensions.
